The tile count comes from the layout you see: every tile and every cut. Offcuts are used again where they fit (3 mm saw cut, offcuts from 4 cm up). Then the reserve is added, and the count is rounded up to whole boxes from the manufacturer's catalogue. Adhesive and grout are estimates. The wall behind the bathtub is counted as tiled.
